THE 9TH GOLDEN MOON AWARDS NOMINATIONS

Last night, the nominations for the 9th Edition of the Golden Moon Awards were announced at the Hotel Bonaventure in Los Angeles, California. As usual, two stars from this CMP’s Season were chosen to make the announcement. This time, the chosen ones were Russell Crowe and Katherine Heigl. Crowe has starred this Season ‘The Dark Tower: The Drawing Of The Three’. The movie has become the best release of the Season, the alltimes top 2 best box office and the alltimes top 1 highest net gains for a CMP’s movie. Katherine Heigl has become this Season the head of what will probably be a new CMP’s franchise with the superhero movie ‘Silver Sable’.

For the first time, two new categories join the list of awards: Best Adaptation and Best Original Concept. So this edition the movies will fight to win in 14 different categories.
