WW3
Action / Apocalyptic
The Cast: Harrison Ford, Rafi Gavron, Ambert Heard, Alexander Skarsgard, Ryan Kwanten, Cam Gigander, Lou Taylor Pucci, Sara Paxton, Alex Pettyfer, Diora Baird
The Director: Juan Carlos Fresnadillo
The Screenwriter: Chad Taylor
The Plot:
One by one they board the plane. Each takes their seat and wait quietly for take off. A majority of the passengers are traveling south for spring break. In the back of the plane, Alan (Ford) is boarding to see his sick daughter, stricken with cancer. His son Cedric (Gavron) is coming along with him, also to see his sister. Meanwhile John (Pettyfer), Arnold (Taylor Pucci), Amanda(Paxton), Donnie(Gigandet),and his girlfriend Rachel(Heard), are going as a group to Florida to party it up for their senior year in college. Also in their part of the plane is the mysterious Martin (Skarsgard), who prefers to be alone and stay to himself.
The plane experiences a rough landing but everyone seems fine. As soon as the first passengers exit the plane, they start struggling to breathe. Once it is the back of the plane’s turn to leave, they notice everyone who went before them is dead. Alan, being the oldest on board, takes lead, and informs everyone left to stay seated, and wait calmly. They all exit, covering their mouths, and sprint to the airport. Inside, everyone is dead. The group starts to panic, not knowing what has happened.
Then a voice comes over the intercom, “Hello fellow passengers. Consider yourself lucky, as you have survived the apocalypse, as have I. There is a set of rules you must follow in order to continue your life. First, do not inhale the air outside. Second, preserve everything you have, including food, as it may be a while until we get out of here. And lastly, do not get frustrated, as this was not an alien invasion, or zombie attack, but a result of our own human nature. Thank you for your time.” As soon as the voice ends, Alan races up to find where it came from.
The room then falls to silence as several footsteps are heard coming from a staircase. Down walks Oliver (Kwanten), a slim, blonde-hair, sharp-dressed man, with a grin on his face. He informs them that he too was the lone survivor of his plane, which landed two hours before. A set of bombs goes off in the distance, which they can view from the large windows. The group seems surprised and jump back, with Rachel falling into Cedric’s arms. They both share a smile, but Donnie pulls her away, and holds onto her. Oliver breaks the silence again “ War, a great concept really. Adding the word world to it, just adds to the suspense. We all want peace really. The deception of the world has caused it turn on itself, and now we’re the only ones left because we just happened to be in air at the time of all of this occurred. But don’t take the word occurred to seriously, as it is still occur-ing. “
As the days pass, the group steadily grows tired of each other. They all hate Martin, due to his lack of contribution to helping their survival. Donnie gets mad at Rachel more easily, while Cedric slowly develops a crush on her. And Alan becomes more worried as the fate of his daughter is still unknown. Just then, John looks at the sign hanging above the airport. He asks Alan when did the airport change its name. Alan rushes to the nearest computer and looks through data, then looks up at the group with a stone cold chill in his eyes. “2085. I should be dead by now. We should be dead by now. We’ve time traveled.” The group looks at him with shock and mystery. Then Martin finally speaks “I know how to get us back. But that must not be our worry. Instead we must figure out how to prevent World War 3.”
Everyone bands together and set off across the country, protected from the poisonous air, and travel to Washington DC. There, a group of militants sit outside of the White House, equipped with guns, and masks. The group asks them how the war started, but no answer is received. Then Martin is spotted by the gunmen, and is shot twice in the head. His body staggers back, then falls to the ground. The group freaks out and asks why they shot him. The militants answer, “He is the cause. He started World War 3.” Cedric then tells his father that since they time traveled to 2085 on a plane, they must travel back to 2010 on a plane. And so they set off back to the plane they left on, taking Martin’s body with them. Alan, a business man, has little experience flying a plane. Donnie tells him he has some, and so those two are decide to pilot the plane back to New York. They experience a bumpy start, with everyone holding on to the nearest thing, tightly. For Cedric, that is Rachel’s hand. When they land, all is well, 2010 again, and everyone in the world is perfectly fine. But Martin’s body has disappeared. Instead all that’s left is his wallet. When Donnie and Alan go to greet the other passengers, they are hit by a gruesome smell. They then see the bodies of John and Amanda, both with their throats slit open and blood pouring out. Cedric, Rachel, and Oliver tell them it happened when they were sleeping and that they are shocked as well.
Alan then informs the group that they must search for Martin and execute him. However, they know little about him, and must use the little information they have to find him. After a lengthy search, they find Martin in a Miami hospital. He is in Caddie’s room. Caddie (Baird), is the daughter of Alan. Alan, Cedric, and Oliver all rush into the room to find Martin standing over Caddie’s bed. Alan pulls out a gun and puts it to Martin’s head. “I’m sorry you have to see this baby.” He tells his daughter. Then Martin speaks, “Why did you disappoint me?” Everyone looks around, not knowing who he is talking to. “I’m sorry friend, I did all I could to delay them. Unfortunately, they did what we didn’t need them to do, which is ruin our plans. Peace, a great concept. When you add the word world, it brings on a whole new meaning”. Cedric and Alan look surprised to hear Oliver say that. He pulls out a gun and shoots Alan twice in the back. Cedric picks up the gun out of his dad’s hand, while his sister wraps her arm around Martin’s neck and yells “Shoot!”. He takes two shots to Martin’s head, the same fate he would receive some years later. Oliver then grabs onto Rachel and puts a gun to her head. “Awh, are you gonna save your little high school crush?” Donnie rushes up behind Oliver to save her, but Oliver turns around and shoots him. While Oliver is turned around, Cedric grabs Rachel. Once Oliver turns back to Cedric, he receives a punch to the jaw, knocking him back. Cedric whips out his gun again and sticks it between Oliver’s eyes. “Fuck Peace.” BANG. The End.

Stark’s Comment:
Here is a hard to define movie. A peculiar and creative proposal from Taylor that I honestly do not have any idea of how it will work in box office. I think its main appeal is in fact its originality but you know sometimes moviegoers do not support creativity as much as they should.
Behind The Scenes:
-Amber Heard replaced the originally considered Megan Fox. Fox rejected the offer as she did not consider the role that was offered important enough in the story.
-Harrison Ford returns to CMP after being nominated past Season for the Best Supporting Actor GMA for his work in Clint Eastwood’s ‘A Hard Place’.
-Most of the young stars in the cast are CM’s debutantes. Only Sara Paxton (‘Syndrome’) and Lou Taylor Pucci (‘Blood Beach’) have worked for the Studio before.
-Chad Taylor has also released this Season ‘The Forgotten’, ‘Justice League’ and ‘The Bus’.
F-ZERO
Animation / Action
The Cast of Voices: Josh Hartnett, Famke Janssen, John Malkovich, Terrence Howard, Forest Whitaker
The Director: Karyn Kusama
The Screenwriter: Dawson Edwards
The Plot:
It's 2560. New planets and alien races have long been discovered, creating some intergalactic harmony. Captains Douglas Jay Falcon (Voice of J.Hartnett) and Fai Goroh (Voice of J. Malkovich) are partners in the Internova Police Force. Captain Falcon is a muscular showoff and often referred to as Mute City’s finest, while the rotund Captain Goroh is just as decorated, he doesn’t share the noble ideals. They are currently responding to an officer in distress call in an unpatrolled sector of the ‘City of Wealth’, Mute City. The impulsive Falcon speeds into an abandoned building where the last signal was received. The very hesitant Goroh follows behind preaching patience and stealth to Falcon, though his words fall on deaf ears. As Captain Falcon enters he soon realizes he has stepped into a weapons deal gone bad. An officer is down, apparently dead, and a young woman (Voice of F.Janssen) is being strung upside down high in the air by chains with visible scars, she’s screaming in agony.
To make matters worse, the evil criminal only known as the Black Shadow (Voice of F.Whitaker) is running away with alien thugs in tow. Falcon begins to fight some of the remaining thugs showing off his grace and style, while Goroh is nowhere to be found. As Falcon takes down the last thug with a massive punch, he hears the booming voice of Black Shadow who tells him that he won’t make it out of here alive. Black Shadow disappears from sight and the building begins to crumble.
Captain Falcon runs toward his driving machine dodging falling debris in the process. Falcon floors the accelerator and speeds towards the hanging woman. He whips out his plasma gun and shoots the chains dropping her instantly, and she falls into the arms of Captain Falcon while he drives out of the building.
Captain Falcon and the woman arrive at Internova Police Force where she is treated for her wounds before questioning, and he is left trying to explain the destruction of an apparent historic landmark, a dead officer, no arrests, and a missing partner to his commander. Captain Falcon tries to explain but as he does, another officer enters the office and tells them that Goroh and a band of aliens have been spotted entering the Mute City Coliseum as participants in the F-Zero Grand Prix. With instinct, Captain Falcon realizes that Goroh is perfectly fine and will be using the parts, which he thought were weapons, as modifiers for this race.
Falcon runs off to find the woman to make more sense of Goroh’s plan. The woman is Jody Summers and she was there to show her company’s new upgraded technology. Jody explains how most average citizens are obsessed with the brutal and thrilling high-speed sport known as F-Zero Racing which features large vehicles with anti-gravity engines known as “G-Diffuser Systems” that her father invented, and that race on a magnetic track. But this new technology drastically enhances the speed of the vehicles.
Jody says they were to discuss distribution of the new part but things went south when she saw Black Shadow approaching. She tells them that the new tech could be used to create weapons of mass destruction if funded properly. Falcon’s commander (Voice of T.Howard) stops him from rushing out the door and entering the F-Zero races to stop Goroh on the grounds that he’s caused enough damage already. Falcon lets Jody know that he’ll be leaving this station to retrieve her tech, and he’ll need to know everything. She decides to join him, and Captain Falcon gives up his life as an Internova Police Officer, stating “Rules were meant to be broken.” The two rush out, and head to the first F-Zero race.
The long race is about to begin, and Falcon isn’t allowed to be on the track without a vehicle. So Jody equips the prototype modifiers onto his personal vehicle. Falcon knows the only way to stop Goroh is to take him out of the race. The race begins and Goroh is far in the lead, the other drivers are well ahead and Falcon is dead last. He eventually makes his move, dodging trees, and boulders as they cross through the forest and valley. Goroh finally notices that Falcon is tied for 2nd place and decides to use his modifier to win, however Falcon seizes the opportunity and uses his own thrusting him ahead. He then drifts directly in front of Goroh and jumps out onto his racer. Goroh panics and drives toward the cliff as they approach the finish line. The other driver speeds by winning the races, and Falcon punches his way through the windshield bringing Goroh out and they jump off letting the car fall.
Police arrive and arrest Goroh and offer Falcon his job back. He declines as he sees Jody in the background. He says that he’s found his calling, and if he ever feels like arresting people he could always try bounty hunting.

Stark’s Comment:
I have big hopes about this production. I expect it to be another success in the animation genre for the Studio.
Behind The Scenes:
-Many directors were considered before Kusama was chosen: Robert Zemeckis, Andrew Stanton, Brad Bird, Paul McGuigan and the Wachowski Brothers were some of them. Kusama has never directed an animated movie before.
-Matt Damon was considered for the voice of Captain Falcon and Mickey Rourke was considered too to be the voice of Fai Goroh.
-John Malkovich and Forest Whitaker had been away from CMP for so long. Malkovich’s last work for the Studio was ‘The Toymaker’ (Season 3) and Whitaker’s was ‘Blink (Season 6).

The man contacted authorities but no trace of the girls could be found. In the end it comes down to a machete fight between Mordin and Hammond which eventually leaves Mordin with his head cut off. The Suicide Squad saves the two girls and they are returned to their families.

Stark’s Comment:
Finally, Uwe Boll makes a CMP’s movie. And we know how things go with him: it’s either love him or hate him. I personally think this is a wildly funny movie. But we’ll see what moviegoers think… By the way, of course, the movie is R rated due to its extreme violence.
Behind The Scenes:
-Kurt Russell and Matt Kubrick confirm themselves as the most stable working team in CMP. This is going to be the 9th time they meet in a CMP’s pitch.
-Kurt Russell and Jason Statham already met before in ‘Ace Banner: Return To Fury’. Statham has already been seen this Season in ‘Dragonlance’.
-Jason Statham has worked before with Kubrick in ‘Ace banner: Return To Fury’ and the Midnight Movies’ production ‘Tracks Of Blood’.
-When Matt Kubrick contacted Mark Wahlberg to offer him a role in this movie, he was convinced Wahlberg would say no. To his surprise, Wahlberg told him that he was a big fan of Boll too and that he would be delighted to be in the movie.

THE ORPHANAGE: Two acclaimed ladies of cinema join Julia Roberts in the cast of this
American remake of a suspense Spanish movie adapted by James Bradley and directed my M. Night Shymalan. Meryl Streep will play a medium that can contact with spirits because she herself is close to death. Streep’s last work for CMP was playing the eccentric villain of ‘Preacher: All American Family’, a work that meant a nomination for the Best Villain GMA for her. The other one will be Kathy Bates, playing a mysterious maid of the old orphanage. Bates was last seen in CMP playing the unpleasant nurse of ‘The Pitiful Plight Of Tom Collins’.
INVASION: Green light for an already hyped project. ‘Invasion’ is the epic sci-fi adventure written by Steve Connors with the ambition of becoming one of the biggest hits in CMP’s history. A top budget production about the invasion of Planet Earth by an alien race of religious fanatics. James Cameron returns to CMP to be the producer of this complex project while Brett Ratner will be directing it. Ratner and Connors already worked successfully together before in the second and third installment of the acclaimed Robots Trilogy.
FICTICIOUS IMAGES: Josh Collins returns to his origins. Collins will direct again after ‘The Pitiful
Plight Of Tom Collins’ – and it will be his 7th directional job for CMP – this intimate drama about how kids’ memories can be manipulated. Collins is back to issues he has always been very much interested in: the consequences of child abuse, dysfunctional families and strong emotional problems. Naomi Watts, usually seen in action and adventures movies in CMP, will star this drama. And Ethan Hawke, returning to the Studio after his acclaimed work in ‘Edge Of Human’, will be playing her husband.
SECRET SINS: Joey Stark announced some months ago that he was writing the most erotic story ever developed by CMP. Well, this is it. ‘Secret Sins’ will tell the sick and addictive sexual relationship between a nice honest woman and the suspect to be a women serial killer. And it promises to include a wide range of explicit sex scenes. Joey Stark feels so involved in this risky and daring project that he has decided to direct it himself. That will mean his debut as movie director after 13 Seasons being only a screenwriter. The starring couple of the movie – that will have to shoot quite a few explicit nudity sequences – is still being kept in secret by the Studio.
JACK VANCE: A TRUE HOLLYWOOD STORY: Two sexy ladies will accompany Neil Patrick Harris in this peculiar story written by Matt Kubrick and being directed by Richard Kelly. And they will be Asia Argento, whose only previous work in CMP was Richard Donner’s ‘Fallout’, and the star from ‘Avatar’, making her debut in CMP, Zoe Saldana.
KINGDOM: THE DARK AND THE LIGHT: Timothy Olyphant returns to CMP in this fantasy adventure being directed by Zack Snyder. Olyphant has worked before for the Studio in movies like ‘The Mistaken’, ‘Command & Conquer’ and ‘Aquaman’. He will play here a new character not seen before in the first movie of this saga written by Matt Kubrick.
HALLELUJAH: Kenneth Branagh and Emma Thompson were married and then divorced quite a
few years ago. But now they will be married on screen again. They play the parents of Ben Mackenzie, the young priest that falls in love with Ryan Gosling, in this drama being directed by Danny Boyle. Branagh has replaced Russell Crowe, who refused to be in the movie because he considered he didn’t fit in the character.
THAT’S THE WAY: GMA Nominee Kate Beckinsale, who could be seen this Season in the comedy ‘Coen & Warshinski’, has accepted to play a very minor role in this family drama written by Trent Nielsen and being directed by Cameron Crowe. Beckinsale will play the mother of the lead character, played by Cameron Bright, and ex wife of Tim Robbins.
EARTH 3K2: Elijah Wood returns to CMP after his cameo in ‘Deadly Force’ in this JJ Abrams’ sequel together with Ben Foster, not seen in CMP since his works in movies like ‘Saving Samantha Moss’ or ‘Poor Little Rich Boy’. Also in this sci-fi adventure, we’ll see a new face in the Studio; the CMP’s debutante Naomie Harris.
REBEL: Danny Glover already worked for Dawson Edwards in ’24 Hours To Live’. And Edwards has called him back for this one. Glover will make here a voice only work as the creator of the so called The Lord’s Resistance Army, an army formed by children soldiers. Tariji P. Henson debuts in CMP playing the raped woman that becomes the mother of the children soldier played by Jaden Smith.

DAWSON EDWARDS – ‘F-ZERO’
Dawson Edwards is becoming one of the most active screenwriters in CMP’s world. This Season he has released four very different movies: ‘Zoids: Eve’, ‘Ms. Jordon’, ‘Get Down’ and this week’s release ‘F-Zero’. And another bunch of stories coming from him are planned to be released during the upcoming Season. Versatile and creative, Edwards steps this week into animation adapting the Nintendo game ‘F-Zero’ in an spectacular movie directed by Karyn Kusama.
1.If I'm not wrong, 'F-Zero' is going to be your first animated feature for CMP. Why did you choose this Nintendo game to make a movie?
I really wanted to do a racing movie. I was so excited to do a racing movie. Problem was that I
couldn't come up with an idea that wasn't a 'Fast and the Furious' ripoff. So I looked at another source material, Nintendo. I love Nintendo and had initially planned on making a slew of movies with their properties but I didn't want to flood the market. 'F-Zero' was a game that I loved to play, so it was a perfect choice. I thought it was time for the animated movies to be more visually stunning than cute and friendly. I played every game, and even read a very old comic book based from the game. I did my research, and hope this does well. There's not much else to say besides that. Its a potential franchise and a story I can't wait to continue!
2.There's always a joke in CMP about your 'double personality', being the author of both very adult oriented stories and superheroes and action flicks. In which of those two personalities do you feel more comfortable?
[Laughs] No clue! I seriously have no idea. Outside of writing, I watch more dramatic movies so when I go that route, that's where my inspiration comes from. With my action work at CMP, I hate it all. Once it leaves my laptop, it becomes trash. I feel like I'm getting better as a writer, so my upcoming action oriented films will be a bit more dramatic than previously.
3.What do you expect from the upcoming new edition of the GMA?
I expect a lot of disappointment. I won't say which of my MANY releases this season I think deserves to sweep everything, but just know that I believe that. [Laughs] I can't say anything else because I would be really disrespectful. So, hopefully I'm wrong and all my expectations will be reversed and everything will be right in the world.
4.Let's talk about superheroes... What can we expect from The Flash, Wonder Woman or Aquaman in the future?
Let's lay this out, shall we? The Flash sequel is a much different tonally from its predecessor. Well, they all are. The Flash sequel will be about relationships, yeah, that's what it is. Wonder Woman will always see a sequel and probably a third movie. I'm in the process of writing the third, but I'm not happy with it right now. Too many ideas. I can tell you that CMP was very fond of the second Wonder Woman script I turned in, and I can't wait to impress them once more. I won't give any details on that. Its a different style than you saw with Jon's take. As for the rest of the DC Universe properties, just wait and see. Some things are worth waiting for.
5.Now you have got involved into a big responsibility: the return of Star Wars to CMP. Can you tell us something about this?
I'm extremely nervous! I'm so ready to scratch this project. I would be so fine with that. Disappointing Stark's bank account is a lot easier than dealing with the wrath of avid Star Wars fans. I do think it was a good script, and I am currently writing a potential sequel but I am definitely nervous about it. It’s nothing like any Star Wars movie before it, but it definitely pays respect to ALL movies before it. All 'Star Wars' movies that is.

CMP’S DIRECTORS: ONE HIT WONDERS
We take a look this week at a group of moviemakers with one thing in common: they have all directed only one movie for CMP, their movies were either a box office or a critical success or both… and, after their success, they have never worked for the Studio again. They are some of our ‘One Hit Wonders’ Directors’.
NOAH BAUMBACH
Movie: ‘Lyra’ (Josh Collins, Season 7, B.O.: 96 mill., N.Gains: 104 mill.)
It was…: A wonderful surprise. This dramedy about a teen lesbian became the ‘sleeper’ of Season 7 and critics received it with enthusiasm. Jena Malone became an instant CMP’s star with it. Still remembered as one of the best CMP’s movies ever.
Awards: 7 Nominations, including Baumbach himself for Best Director. Winner of Best Actress (Jena Malone) and Best Supporting Actress (Jodie Foster).
BILL MURRAY
Movie: ‘Life and Facts of a Dirty Mind’ (Joey Stark, Season 7, B.O.: 23 mill., N.Gains: 10 mill.)
It was…: A very original movie about a visionary moviemaker decided to make the first top budget porn movie. This acid comedy became a critical success and Murray was acclaimed as a brilliant and creative moviemaker.
Awards: 6 nominations, including Murray for Best Director. Winner of Best Actor (Jack Black), Best Supporting Actor and Best Villain (both, Bill Murray).
FRANCIS COPPOLA
Movie: ‘The Toymaker’ (James Bradley, Season 3, B.O.: 62 mill, N.Gains: 48 mill.)
It was…: The legendary director Francis Coppola directed and Martin Scorsese produced this luxurious historical adventure sited in the days before the French Revolution about a man (Dustin Hoffman) that invented a flying toy… and was chased by the King and the Church for it. The movie has become a CMP’s classic.
Awards: 5 Nominations, including Coppola for Best Director. Winner of Best Screenplay.
SOFIA COPPOLA
Movie: ‘Maleficarum’ (David Makalaster, Season 8, B.O.: 35 mill, N.Losses: 10 mill.)
It was…: The daughter of Francis had a personal success with this story about a witch haunting starred by Nicole Kidman and Sean Penn. Winning the Best Director GMA wasn’t enough for Sofia to keep directing movies for the Studio.
Awards: 3 Nominations. Sofia Coppola won the Best Director GMA.
ALLISON ANDERS
Movie: ‘Velcro’ (Josh Collins, Season 7, B.O.: 23 mill, N.Losses: 7 mill.)
It was…: A box office’s flop but a critical success. Anders directed one of the best Josh Collins’ dramas (in fact, it meant for Collins his only GMA so far), co-starred by Frances McDormand and Kate Hudson. It was an intense story critically acclaimed that made both actresses to win the Best Starring Couple award.
Awards: 4 Nominations. Winner of Best Screenplay and Best Starring Couple.
RICHARD LINKLATER
Movie: ‘Schroedinger’s Litterbox’ (Ben Tyler, Season 6, B.O.: 51 mill, N.Gains: 22 mill.)
It was…: Still considered almost unanimously as the best CMP’s comedy ever. Linklater showed his surreal sense of humor in this very peculiar comedy starred by Zack Braff and Anne Hathaway. A CMP’s classic.
Awards: 2 Nominations. Winner of Best Screenplay.
PAUL GREENGRASS
Movie: ‘Omega’ (Marcus Trax, Season 6, B.O.: 34 mill, N.Gains: 11 mill.)
It was…: Another original story different from any other CMP’s movie that told a political fiction plot in an imaginary Soviet nation. The movie had an interesting cast including Kevin Spacey, Tommy Lee Jones, Gene Hackman, Jude Law and Katie Holmes.
Awards: 3 Nominations. Winner of Best Cast.
TERRY GILLIAM
Movie: ‘Borgel’ (Ben Tyler, Season 10, B.O.: 138 mill, N.Gains: 177 mill.)
It was…: Probably, the biggest Gilliam’s success in and out of CMP. It told a most interesting story about the relationship between a young boy (Spencer Breslin) and a 111 years old man (Dustin Hoffman) including minor works by comedians like Jack Black, Will Ferrell, Seth Rogen or Bill Murray. It was the perfect material for the peculiar Gilliam’s style.
Awards: 4 Nominations. Winner of Best Adaptation.

Woody Harrelson has always been different from any other Hollywood’s star. Freak, provocative, free-spirited, funny… And to prove it once more, here is how he showed up in a photo session to promote ‘Suicide Squad’. ‘Only looking as a hot chick I have a chance to be at the ‘Pic Of The Week’ section of the CMP’s Blog’, he said. Well, Woody, you made it. Here you are…

Does anybody care about the Golden Moon Awards? That’s what Harry Stark must be wondering
after he has recently noticed something that nobody else noticed during the latest Golden Moon Awards Ceremony. The organizers of the ceremony made a huge mistake. Both the stage of the Gala and the Photo Room at the backstage were decorated with a poster where you could clearly see ’13th Edition’… when in fact it was the 12th Edition!!! And nobody noticed that! So what Mr. Stark must be wondering now is if it’s worthy all the hard work that means putting up the Gala after checking out that nobody even noticed such a big and obvious mistake…
There’s life after ‘Game Boy’. John Daws stays active after the successful release of the third – and presumed last – installment of the ‘Game Boy’ franchise. His new project will be putting up a more adult sci-fi saga, an ambitious project set in a paranoid futuristic world. Daws is teaming up again for this project with the Scott brothers. Ridley and Tony Scott have worked before with him in the Hitman saga and the Best Picture GMA winner ‘The Gunpowder Plot’. What is unknown yet is when will this movie be greenlighted , as the release schedule of Season 14 seems to be closed. So it all looks like this project will have to wait to Season 15.
Will there ever be a sequel to the successful parody ‘The Revengers’? Eddie Murphy and Steve
Carrell starred this parody of superheroes movies playing in it again their famous characters Ultraman and Lieutenant USA. The movie was written by Steve Connors and remember that Daws complained about the use of the Lieutenant USA character, created by him, without his permission. That has kept Connors away from writing a Revengers 2. Now, this project could resurrect but Carrell and Lieutenant USA might disappear of the franchise.
James Bradley might go on with remakes. After writing a remake of the Spanish movie ‘The Orphanage’, now being shot by M. Night Shymalan, Bradley is considering to write a remake of an Argentinian comedy that won the Best Foreign Picture Academy Award some years ago, ‘Son Of The Bride’. This time, he might do what he already did many Seasons ago with ‘Fools Game’, when more than a remake he built up a new story inspired by a pre-existing premise.
Dawson Edwards is at full speed. Edwards is turning into another non-stop writer ala Kubrick or Collins. His personal waiting list keeps growing with both his usual dramas and action flicks. According to my CMP’s sources, Edwards could be the CMP’s author to release a highest number of movies during next Season, a privilege that has been usually reserved to the always hyper-active Kubrick and Collins.
And I end up updating the GMA buzz. I already wrote in a previous post about the main candidates for the upcoming GMA Edition. But, according to rumors, some recent releases may be added to the list. Movies like ‘Legends Of The West’, ‘Dragonlance’, ‘Get Down’ or ‘The Bus’ are also beginning to sound in CMP’s corridors as strong candidates to pick up a bunch of nods in the coming new edition of the CMP’s awards.

The 13th Edition of the Golden Moon Awards will take place in New York City on May, the 21st. Today is the starting day to vote for the nominees in all the 14 categories. The time to vote for the nominees will end up next Wednesday, 11th and the nominations will be announced next Friday, 14th.

The Cast: Harrison Ford, Rafi Gavron, Ambert Heard, Alexander Skarsgard, Ryan Kwanten, Cam Gigander, Lou Taylor Pucci, Sara Paxton, Alex Pettyfer, Diora Baird
The Director: Juan Carlos Fresnadillo

Bates was last seen in CMP playing the unpleasant nurse of ‘The Pitiful Plight Of Tom Collins’.INVASION: Green light for an already hyped project.
And Ethan Hawke, returning to the Studio after his acclaimed work in ‘Edge Of Human’, will be playing her husband.SECRET SINS: Joey Stark announced some months ago that he was writing the most erotic story ever developed by CMP.
And they will be Asia Argento, whose only previous work in CMP was Richard Donner’s ‘Fallout’, and the star from ‘Avatar’, making her debut in CMP, Zoe Saldana.KINGDOM: THE DARK AND THE LIGHT: Timothy Olyphant returns to CMP in this fantasy adventure being directed by Zack Snyder.
Branagh has replaced Russell Crowe, who refused to be in the movie because he considered he didn’t fit in the character.THAT’S THE WAY: GMA Nominee Kate Beckinsale, who could be seen this Season in the comedy ‘Coen & Warshinski’, has accepted to play a very minor role in this family drama written by Trent Nielsen and being directed by Cameron Crowe.
Also in this sci-fi adventure, we’ll see a new face in the Studio; the CMP’s debutante Naomie Harris.REBEL: Danny Glover already worked for Dawson Edwards in ’24 Hours To Live’.

Its a potential franchise and a story I can't wait to continue!2.There's always a joke in CMP about your 'double personality', being the author of both very adult oriented stories and superheroes and action flicks.

So what Mr. Stark must be wondering now is if it’s worthy all the hard work that means putting up the Gala after checking out that nobody even noticed such a big and obvious mistake…There’s life after ‘Game Boy’.
Now, this project could resurrect but Carrell and Lieutenant USA might disappear of the franchise.James Bradley might go on with remakes.

As usual, let’s remember the categories, the voting rules and the complete list of the movies included in this edition.
